Challenge

A niche boutique sports analytics company headquartered in the United States, and a leader in American football analysis, needed a small, highly skilled platform team in India. The challenge: there was no following of American football in India, and understanding of the game's nuances was next to none.

Approach

We hired a small leadership team that had worked in the US and understood the game. That team built a technology group that spent weeks and months watching games to learn the sport, and integrated closely with the global technology team to deliver quality work. Their grasp of the game within a short duration took the global team by surprise.

Challenge

A European headquartered company's platform implementation services business unit was losing money — the result of gaps in its process and operations, alongside unmet customer expectations.

Approach

The India GCC built a dedicated insurance domain team that took full ownership of the global implementation process, restructuring it end to end and engaging customers directly rather than through intermediaries.

Challenge

The India team had no prior casino gaming expertise — in fact, 9 out of 10 team members had never even set foot in a casino. The organization still needed to grow its India center significantly, across multiple product teams, game studios, and centers of excellence.

Approach

The team never ran the casino floor themselves — instead, they worked closely with the people who did, bringing back first-hand knowledge of the challenges floor staff faced. That knowledge fed directly into our products: the team built a professional services function that trained casino customers on how to best use our products and run their day-to-day processes, and stood up an Innovation Lab that turned floor-level problems into first-of-its-kind technology, making casino operations more efficient.
